Ultrasonic Fabic Cutting Machine: Effortless Cutting & Sealing of Fabric for your Textile Industry

Image
The Task We had to design an Ultrasonic Fabric Cutting Machine & Sealing machine that can be attached to the Circular looms for center or side slitting of the PP/HDPE woven fabric having a GSM range of 80-270 GSM. Click here to learn more The Solution Initially, the client used heat cutters for cutting and sealing, which leads to the formation of a blackish Burr, and moreover, the removal of the Burr leads to the fraying of tapes. While manufacturing FIBC/Jumbo Bags Burrs are not acceptable. These bags were supplied to Food, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical Industries. To solve the above problem we provided six Ultrasonic Fabric Cutting machines & Sealing machines of 1000w/36KHz that were attached at the center or on the two sides depending on the requirement. Advantages Ceramic Blades used for Sealing and Cutting Prevents the fraying of tapes No Burr formation Reduced rejection rate Visit our Website
