Click here to learn more The Solution Initially, the client used heat cutters for cutting and sealing, which leads to the formation of a blackish Burr, and moreover, the removal of the Burr leads to the fraying of tapes. While manufacturing FIBC/Jumbo Bags Burrs are not acceptable. These bags were supplied to Food, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical Industries. To solve the above problem we provided six Ultrasonic Fabric Cutting machines & Sealing machines of 1000w/36KHz that were attached at the center or on the two sides depending on the requirement. Technical fabrics are used in all walks of life and the challenge of simplifying eyeleting operations is successfully accomplished by using ultrasonic technology.
